Coaching and Mentoring as a Leader: developing knowledge, skills, and attitudes to enable participants to Change Conversations. The experiences are based around a Framework which enables further development of a range of skills and introduces a number of practical Tools for use back in the workplace.

Peer Reflective Practice: 
Professional Practice – Train the Trainer workshop to enable settings to implement a peer reflective practice process to staff exploring how to further improve their professional practice.
Mojo-Maintenance – Train the Trainer workshop to enable settings to implement a peer reflective practice process to support staff wellbeing.

Next Level Conversational Intelligence® (C-IQ): Strengthening Relationships, Partnerships and Teamwork. C-IQ is about connecting, navigating and growing WITH others. C-IQ introduces new frameworks and tools for creating higher levels of trust, of activating higher levels of engagement, strengthening partnerships, and catalysing co-creation and innovation in relationships, teams and cultures.

MOJO-MAINTENANCE TRAINING

MMT is designed to enable participants to train colleagues back in their setting in the use of ‘peer reflective practice’ tools to help staff support each other in:

  • Taking stock of the impacts of the challenging situations they face daily, and
  • Sharing ongoing learning about their own resilience and self-regulation.
